2003 - 2004
Titanic Deluxe Hotel Lara
Antalya / Türkiye
Our first work with the Titanic Hotels Group, which has a very important place in our portfolio. This work started with our mediation role in the negotiations between the government and the hotel owners regarding the land supply. After identifying a suitable plot of land in the Lara region of Antalya, we worked on the architectural concept in accordance with the wishes and guidelines of the investors, and the organization of all tasks in this regard was carried out flawlessly. Our successful work here has led to important collaborations with this hotel group in their future endeavors.
2005 - 2006
Royal Wings Hotel Lara
Antalya / Türkiye
The establishment of Royal Wings Hotel was the period when we as a team gained the strongest experience in dealing with government authorities and bureaucratic procedures in the field of tourism. We contributed a lot to the construction phase of this hotel in many areas, from land allocation to obtaining all relevant permits required by the government, from architectural organization support to marketing.
2009
Titanic Mardan Palace Aksu
Antalya / Türkiye
Once again, our most important contribution to the Titanic Mardan Palace's construction phase was in the field of architecture. The Ottoman-inspired architecture of the hotel was created by a very strong group of architects and civil engineers, both within our team and with external support that we organized. Especially the interior design of the hotel has been highly appreciated by both the government and tourists. It is one of our proudest projects.
2012 - 2017
Gazelle Resort & SPA Abant
Bolu / Türkiye
Our first major experience in winter tourism...
Again, we have provided strong support in different areas during the construction process of this facility, and we have accomplished very successful works in marketing for 5 years. I can proudly state that we have made the hotel known throughout Turkey and even in some European countries. Our work here is also our master class in marketing and targeting foreign tourists in the international arena.
2014 - 2018
Hotel Warmbaderhof
Villach / Austria
Thanks to our successful international work at Gazelle Resort & SPA Abant and the strong relationships we developed during this period, we continued to build our teams in Europe and continue our success there as well. The first major task we undertook during this period was to manage the restoration of the Hotel Warmbaderhof, both in terms of architecture and in finding investors. After our success in these matters, we took over the marketing of the hotel throughout Europe, especially in Germany and Italy for 4 years.
2015 - 2019
Ca' Barbini Resort
Garda / Italy
The symbol of our first step in the Italian tourism market, Ca' Barbini, the pearl of Lake Garda... After Ca' Barbini in Italy, we continued to achieve successful results by working with very luxurious hotels. However, this hotel has a special place, both because it was the work that planted the seeds of our network in Italy, which is now very strong, and because of the friendly relationships we developed with the hotel owners. For many years we have been marketing the hotel throughout Europe, especially in Germany and Austria.
2021 - 2022
Titanic Comfort Kurfürstendamm
Berlin / Germany
One of our most successful works in our master period was again with the Titanic hotel chain, our first favorite. During the establishment phase of the hotel, we negotiated with many different investors from Turkey, Germany and Austria and mediated agreements that took into account the interests of the hotel owners. We provided support with our vast experience in all bureaucratic processes carried out with the German state. We undertook all marketing processes of the hotel throughout Germany. This hotel is one of the facilities that has benefited the most from the fact that our strongest team abroad is operating in Germany.
